What is Let's Stitch Studio?
Let's Stitch Studio is a New Jersey-based needlepoint design studio specializing in hand-painted needlepoint canvases, project bags, accessories, and custom chart painting services. Every canvas is hand-painted with care in our studio and designed to bring a little more joy to your stitching.
Where are you located?
Our studio is located in New Jersey. While we don't currently have a retail storefront, we ship throughout the United States and internationally.
Needlepoint Canvases
Are your canvases hand-painted?
Yes! Every Let's Stitch Studio canvas is individually hand-painted in our New Jersey studio.
What mesh sizes do you offer?
Most designs are available in both:
- 18 Mesh
- 13 Mesh
Mesh availability is listed on each product page.
Do canvases come with threads?
Unless otherwise noted, canvases are sold without threads.
Do you offer kitting services?
Yes! We offer optional thread kits for many of our canvases. Simply select the kitted option (when available) before adding your canvas to your cart.
I'm new to needlepoint. Where should I start?
Our ornament-sized canvases and mini designs make excellent beginner projects. If you ever need help choosing a project, send us a message—we'd love to help!
Custom Orders
Do you accept custom canvas requests?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Contact us via email with your inspiration, photos, and project details, and we'll provide a quote.
Can you paint a chart I already own?
Yes!
Our Chart Painting Service allows you to send us a legally purchased chart, and we'll hand-paint it onto mono canvas for you.
Simply:
- Purchase the appropriate Chart Painting listing on Etsy
- Email your chart to LetsStitchStudio@yahoo.com
- We'll paint and ship it within approximately 2-3 weeks.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, as each canvas is painted to order, the larger the order - the longer it will take to paint/process.
Custom orders and chart painting services may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Will I receive tracking?
Absolutely! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has shipped, we cannot make modifications.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are hand-painted and many are made to order, we do not accept returns on canvases or custom items.
If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes!
Needlepoint Shops & Retail Stores can apply for a wholesale account HERE.

Project Bags & Accessories
Are your project bags handmade?
Our project bags are carefully selected and designed to pair perfectly with your stitching projects. Product descriptions will indicate sizing and features.
What size projects fit in your bags?
Each listing includes measurements so you can choose the best size for your project. If you're unsure, we're happy to recommend one!

How do I participate in giveaways?

Do you offer sales?
Occasionally! Newsletter subscribers receive early access to select sales, product launches, and special events throughout the year.
